Last night was the ACE awards in New York where Lady Gaga was awarded the Stylemaker award. She arrived two hours late because, surprisingly, she didn’t have any good accessories. She thought her outfit needed white gloves, however, she didn’t have any, “so [stylist Nicola Formichetti] and [Ms. Gaga] decided to paint [her] white.” How in that closet of wardrobe craziness did she not have white gloves? But I’m assuming she didn’t as she went on to say, “guess that’s what happens when you don’t have the right accessories.” Still doesn’t seem possible to me since one, she’s worn the muppets as an outfit, and two she wore a birds nest on her head; but she did offer one very important piece of advice about accessories, “the most important fashion accessory is the condom.”
