Photo via: NY Mag So finally the city of New York has started cracking down on the designer knock-offs our lovely counterfeit friends are trying to sell to us on Canal St. Canal St. is known for crazy people of all breeds sneaking up behind you saying "Louis, Gucci, Fendi, all for $50...come buy, RIGHT NOW!" They're crazy. Nonetheless, the NYPD raided about 31 faux designer stores and took any merchandise that deemed conterfeit: bags, perfumes, etc. Good stuff. Maybe celebrities like Rick Ross will stop wearing fake shit too.
