H&M Garden Collection
H&M will be releasing a new collection called the "The Garden Collection" at the end of March which promotes earth-friendly clothing. On the website it states that the clothing is made from "environmentally adapted materials like recycled polyester, organic cotton and organic linen." I think the collection looks really nice and hopefully it stays at H&M's normal price point.

Sonia Rykeil Lingerie Show In Paris
So the other night, ironically, there were two lingerie fashion shows going on. One that was mmmmm good and one that was just, good. They were the Vicky’s Secret Fashion Show and the debut of Sonia Rykeil pour H&M lingerie (I'll let you pick which one was best). The Sonia Rykeil event was hosted at the Grand Palais in Paris that held a magical and whimsical theme. The fashion show had the likes of Jean Paul Gaultier, Ellen von Unwerth and Emanuelle BĂ©art in attendance. The Sonia Rykeil collection debuts in about 1,500 H&M stored December 5, as well as the knitwear collection for women and girls, which arrives in about 200 stores on February 20, 2010.

H&M Holiday 2009 Collection

H&M is getting ready for the holidays by launching their Holiday 2009 ad campaign featuring models Sasha Pivovarova, Missy Rayder, Malgosia Bela, Ben Hill and Ryan Thomas, as well as little kids. I’m loving H&M these days, first Jimmy Choo, now great holiday attire for me to splurge on. They’re kickin’ ass.

Jimmy Choo's Crazy Premiere

People do some crazy things. So Jimmy Choo premiered at H&M Saturday, and people camped out Friday night in order to get the items first. Um, calm down please. I am definitely not sleeping on anyone’s street in New York to get some shoes (unless they were giving them out for free). And now, said shoes are selling on eBay for double the price. Someone is always on some type of hustle. But why buy them off eBay when you can go just get some regular Jimmy Choo’s for uh, not that much more? America, we have to do better.

Jimmy Choo Finally At H&M

Today is the first day H&M will be selling Jimmy Choo clothes and accessories for men and women. It's only in select H&M's across the nation so make sure to check out the website before you head over there. Most of the Jimmy Choo merchandise will be in New York, California, and Chicago.

Matthew Williamson To Launch Menswear Collection

Elle UK has reported that Matthew Williamson will launch a menswear line that will hit stores this February. Wow, this man does everything. From having a line at H&M (who’s also pretty busy themselves), as well as fashion shows, and a womenswear collection, he’s staying pretty busy. His womenswear collection is known for its colorfulness and unique prints so it’ll be interesting to see what his menswear is inspired by. The collection will be sold exclusively at Harrods and Matthew Williamson boutiques.
Also, he plans to take his entire womenswear collection and put it online for the first time. It is said to launch in November and have all of pieces available online for anyone to buy across the globe.

Jimmy Choo for H&M

That sounds like a fantastic plan to me. Back in July it was announced that Jimmy Choo would be doing a line for H&M, and that alone was fabulous news. More recently, the collection has been leaked online showcasing some of its pieces. It includes shoes (of course), bags, jewelry, clothes and other accessories. There’s an over-the-knee boot that retails for $299, some suede dresses, a sequined jacket and plenty of shiny stuff. Jimmy Choo founder and president said they had a hard time making nice things at an H&M price point but nonetheless made a great day-to-night collection. I don’t know how many people are going to be exactly wearing fringed dresses and sequined jackets to work (unless you’re in the fashion industry), but it’s good to hope :)
Click here to see some of the leaked pictures of the collection.
