Honestly when I think of JCPenney, I think ugh. But from the hundreds of times they come to my school to talk to my retail classes, and now with them trying to get fresh designers in, I can tell they are trying to become more "trendy." The Olsenboye line is by Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen and is in stores now. From the spring lookbook I can tell some of the pieces aren’t horrible, honestly. I like some of the skirts, I think they’re cute. At jcp.com some of the fall stuff is on sale now.
